Abstract：Ruralwomen’squalmploymentrightsareacrucialeflectionofsocialquity，andprotecting teirlegalrightsissignificantforpromotingharmoniouseconomicandsocialdevelopment.Takingthelegalbasisofruralwomen’sequalemploymentrightsasth startingpoint，thispaperanalyestelegalprovisionsintheConsitutio，LaborLawndLawonterotectionofWomen’ightsand Interests，andexamiespracticalproblemsregardingmployentoporunities，wagetreatment，carerdevelopent，ndrigtsprotection chanels.Thestudyfinds tatruralwomenfacedualdiscriminationbasedongenderandhouseholdregistration，esultingilimitedemploymentopporunitis，significantwagedisparties，obstructedcarerdevelopment，andiadequaterightsprotectionchanelsThefor， itproposessugestoscudngefiinlgalprovsos，trengthinglaforementsupevsionptiingjudicialprodes，d promotingpolcycordination，aimingtoprovidesrongergalprotectionforuralwomenandpromotegenderequalityandruraloomic development.
