Abstract：ThisstudyusesquestionairestosurveyeighttypicalhighervocationalcolegesinGuangdongProvince.Theresultsshow thathighervocaioalstudents’psycologicalcapitalandemployentpeforanceareaboeaverage.Tereaesignificantdifrcesn self-effcacyandoptimismamongstudentsofdiferentgendersandwhethertheyareonlychildren.Studentshoholdorhaveheldstudent leadership positions also show significant differences in self efficacy，hope，optimism，process performance，and result performance. Psychologicalcapitalhasaignfantposiieoelatioithplontpefoa，andcanprdictiositivelyIisodd thathighervocatioalsudentsanceeirpsholgicalcaialtouhitervetiosinself-cacyilopedis， thereby improving their employment performance.
