Abstract：SincetheCivilCodeestablishedtherightofresidencesystem，ithasprovidedanewdimensionfortheprotectionofhousing rights.Hwever，somecivilnforcementdebtors，basedonthecognitivebiasofexemptionof“solehousing”fromenforcement，abuse proceduralrulestoicumventefocementoeenmaiciouslyevdedebts，esultinginthgiimateightsanditerestsofditoing diffcultoielotetutlyivilfotf‘solouscsiplestitioalsaeda contradictionsincludingambiguouslegislativedefinitions，lackofprenforcementconditions，oversimplifedenforcementmodels，and imperfectreliefmsderddressallgsiisessymrodentifaioifo“solesiat thelegislativelevelarifodtiosfoiatingforeentdioateesdforeeoels，oatalalsf protecting creditors’rights and optimizing civil enforcement order can be achieved.
