外籍人才对“地瓜经济”的反哺效应及其优化策略

Abstract：The“SweetPotatoEconomy”isavividdescriptionof aneconomicdevelopmentmodelthatfocusesonindustrialcapacity enhancementandupgrade，withbothmarketandresourceslocatedoverseas.Foreigntalentsareanessentialpartofthe“SweetPtato Economy”；eirackuresetioalityiitydoatiessdiadeibleestsddtio basedmechanisms.Interational studentsinChinaareavitalsourceofforeigntalents.Emphasizingtheircultivationenhancestheir feedback capacity，and supporting their development refines the feedback process.
