Abstract： Thecoldchain logistics offreshagricultural products in Hebei Province playsacrucialrole inthe developmentof agriculture，buttherearesomeprblemsinteoveralloperationofoldcainlogisticssuchasexesiversoueconsumioand incompletelogisticssystem network.Firstly，thecurrent developmentstatusoflow-carboncoldchainlogisticsforfreshagricultural products in Hebei Provinceasanalyzedfromthreeaspects：economicdevelopmentlevelinfrastructureconstructionfactors， andlow-carboncoldchainrelatedtechnologies.Then，theinterpretivestructural modeling methodwasused toanalyze15 key influencingfactors，anda7-layerinterpretivestructuralmodel dagramwasfinallcompiled，which was graduallyanalyzdfromthe surface tothedplyer.Fiallysuggestionsfostrengthening policyguidance，promotingthedevelopmentofcoldchainlogistics enterprises，increasingtheintroductionandtrainingoflogisticstalents，andpromotingtheaplicationandinnovationofgeeand low-carbon cold chain technologies are proposed for the issues studied in this article.
