Abstract：Basedonthesystemcouplingtheorythearticletakes12provncesalonthenewwesternlandseacorridorasthereseach objects，combinestheimprovedCRIICentropyweight-TOPISevaluationmodelwiththecouplingcoordinationmodel，di outempiricalanalysisonthestatusoftecouplingandcoordinationleveloftheconstructionlevelofprovincesand municipalitiesalong thenewwestenland-seacoridorandthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthemanufacturingindustryintheperiodfrom2O17to222. Theresearchresultsowthattheoverallconstructionlevelofprovincsanditiesalongthenewwesternlandseacoridorandthelevel ofhigh-qualityevelontoftemanufactringidustryfuctuatesgreatlyndthedfeecintetredofchprovieadity obvious，andthatthecouplgodtioevepetisieparyodatiogendereissillgatetege valueofthecouplingcordinatindevelopmetofeachprovice.Therefore，itisnecesarytotakestestoconsolateadipovte coordination quality of the two industries.
