Abstract:Thecontinuous developmentoftheInternetandsocialmedia has providedabroad platformforthe generationof online publicopinion,whichcontainspublicopinioninformationinvolvingvarious industriesandfields.Thfreqentoccurrnceofoline publicopinioninlogisticsandsuplyhain,ifotinterveed,caeasilytunegioalhotspoteventsintolargescaleoiepublic opinion,whichgeatlyectsthelgisticsadsuplyaelatedeterpse.Indertoeielyuideoiepublicion thefieldoflogisticsandsuplychainandreducetheimpactofpublicopinineventsonenterprises,thepaperproposesstrategiesfor guidingonlinepublicpinioninlogisticsandsuplychainfromtheprspetivesofthegoverment,enterprises,andthemedia,with a viewtoprovidingreferencesonthe governanceofonlinepublicopinioninlogisticsandsupplychainforrelevantenterprises.
