Abstract:Withtheexplosiegrowthidemandforpecookedfood,theumberofnewmanufacturerstothemarkethasgadally increased. However,duetothevaryingqualityof pre-cookedfood producedbythese new manufacturers,qualityisses havebecomea socialconcer.Focusigonthproductionstrategiesofthesenemanfacturerstispaerconstructsaprcookedfoodsupplychin comprisinganincumbent manufacturer,anewmanufacturer,andconsumers.Itexplorestheoptimalproductionstrategiesofthetwo manufacturersuderdierentenarsoforatismmetryandaymmetrytakigintocountgoverentrgulatio.each findingsrevealthatinformationtrasparencyiscucialtotheprecookedfoodmarket,asitinfluencesconsumerchoicesadarket resourceallcation.Ehancedgovermentregulationandpunishmentcaneectivelyguidetheprecookedfoodindustrytowardsigh qualitydeveotsugaketsdey.fotisrrootesssialcessi considerationfotetivesdontrtigtotkeesocealla.Intrastatimmetrdto consumer misjudgments, impacting market fairnessand efficiency.
