Abstract：Thepurposeofthispaperis tocarryoutadynamicandstaticcomprehensiveanalysisoflogistics eficiencyofagricultural products inthethre northeastern provinces （Heilongjiang，JilinandLiaoning）byusing dataenvelopmentanalysis （DEA）and Malmquistindemodel.Firstlyteauationindexstefgrilturalprodctlisticseicyasostructedcolye DEA-BCC modelwasusedtostaticallycomparethelogisticseficiencyofagriculturalproductsintethre provices，soastoreveal therelativeadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthelogsticsficiencyofeachprovince.Attesametime，theMalmquistindexmodel wasusedtoanalyethdynamiclgisticseficencyofagriculturalproductsinthethreeprovincesndthetrendandeasoforits changeovertimewereexplord.Thstudyfindsthatthethrenortheasternprovinceshavecertainadvantagesandpotentialsinthe logisticsofagriculturalproducts，uttherearealsomanychalengesandproblems.Amongthem，actorssuchasimperfectlgistics infrastructure，owlevelofiformatiatinandlackoflgisticsproessoalsaeteataclestoteimproventoflistics efficiency.Basedontheaboeresearch，tispaperputsfrwardcountermeasuresandsugestionstoimproethelgisticsefiencyof agricultural products in the three provinces of Northeast China.
