Abstract：Thearivalofthe "dualcarbon"era means thatthelogisticsindustry nees toquicklytransformtowards green，low carbon，ighalityevelopnt.isdyesthrodoulngoodatigodeldaclee modeltostudythedegreeofcoordinateddevelopmentbetween low-carbonlogisticsandregionaleconomyin Sichuan Province from2011toO0，aswellastheinfluencingfactorsofbstacledegree.Thestudysows thatthecomprehensivedevelopentlevel oflow-carbonlogisticsandregionaleconomyiSichuanProvinceisinastableupwardstage，andthecomprehensivedevelopment leveloftheregialeconomysubsystemishigherthanthatofthlwarbonlogisticssubsystem;lowabonlostisandial economyhave always beenina high-levelcoupling stage，andthecoupling coordinationdegreehas graduallyimprovedfromthe initialdisorderstatetotheoptialigqualitycoordination;themaiinflueninfactorsofcordinateddevelopmentaetotal imports and exports value，telecommunications businessvolume，fiscal expenditure，and railway kilometers.
