Abstract： Crossordercommecesupplyhainriskevaluatioasahottoicofurentresearch，isusuallacomplex procesullof randomessandambiguity.Inviewoftegloballyoutofcrosborderecommercesuplychainandthecomplexitybroughtbymultiple participatingsubjects，thistudyintroducesinterfacetheorywithaviewtoconductingasystematicresearchoncrossborder e - commerce supplychainrisksfromtheperspectiveofinterfaceinteraction.Firstlytroughinepthanalysisoftestructureandproeofo border e - commercesuplychain，potentialriskpointswereidentifiedfromtheinteractionbetweenenterprisesandothersubjectsinthe supply chain. On this basis，a preliminary cross-border e - commerce supply chain risk indicator system was constructed by combining relevant literature. Secondly， the practitioners of cross-border e - commerce enterprises and experts and scholars in academia were taken assurveyrespodentsandtheimportanceofachriskevaluationindex wasasessdbyqestionairesurveytosuretheacticality andelevaceofteindicatorsystem.Finall，tesurveydata wereanalyzdforelialityndvaliditytroughSSStoestablishtfial evaluation indicator system of cross-border e - commerce supplychain interface risks.
