Abstract： This paper develops an assessment index system to gauge the levelofdevelopment of thelogistics industryand the qualityoftheecologicalenvironment，basedonstatisticaldatacolectedfrom31Chineseprovincesbetween 2012and2.The couplingrelationshipbetweenthetwoandtheinfluencingfactorsareinvestigatedusingcouplingcoordinationdegreeodel， spatialautoorelationanalsisndspatialDurbinmodel.TedingsdemonstratethatCina'slogstisidustryandeoloical environmentqualityexhibitedanincreasingtrendoverthestudyperiod，thatChina'slogisticsindustryandecologicaleioet qualitydemonstrateagentleupwardtrendincouplingcoordinationdegreefrom2O12to2O22，movingfromthe pointofimbalance tobarelycoodinationandthatthelevelofeconomicdevelopmentcanimprovethecouplingandcoordinationleveloftheegion anditsneighboringregions.Enironmentaleguation，thedegreeofgovermentiterventionandelevelofurbanzatiocan allimprove thecouplingand cordinationlevel within theregion while industrial tructureonlyhasa positive efectoncoupling coordinationinneighboringregions.Basedonthis，thestudymakessomepolicyrecommendations toencouragetheintegratioand coordinated growth of China's logistics industry and ecological environment quality.
