Abstract:Vehicleroutingproblemhasalwaysbeenahotresearchtopicinthefieldoflogistics.Withthedeepeningoftheresearch, manyscholarshaveaddedtimevaryingroadnetworkfactorsintothetraditionalvehiclepathproblem,whichhasproducedarge numberofresearchesults,butthereareeweelatedreviewliteratures,sothelatestdomesticandforeignliteraturesandsearcs are analyzedandsummarized.Firstly,thepaper analyzesand summarizes the performanceof time-varying road networks,and mostoftheliteraturesadoptstimedependentfunctios toexpresthetime-varyingnature,whicharemainlythestepfunctionand continuousfunction.Secondlytheiteraturesarecategoisedaccordingtothotimzationojectivesofthemathematicalodels, includingsinglejectieveicleoutingproblemsithteectieofminimizingthetotaldstributiocostandultijetie vehicleroutig problems thatconsiderseveralofthesesimultaneously,includingcost,customersatisfaction,cabonemisionsand travel time.
