Abstract：Vehicleroutingproblemhasalwaysbeenahotresearchtopicinthefieldoflogistics.Withthedeepeningoftheresearch， manyscholarshaveaddedtimevaryingroadnetworkfactorsintothetraditionalvehiclepathproblem，whichhasproducedarge numberofresearchesults，butthereareeweelatedreviewliteratures，sothelatestdomesticandforeignliteraturesandsearcs are analyzedandsummarized.Firstly，thepaper analyzesand summarizes the performanceof time-varying road networks，and mostoftheliteraturesadoptstimedependentfunctios toexpresthetime-varyingnature，whicharemainlythestepfunctionand continuousfunction.Secondlytheiteraturesarecategoisedaccordingtothotimzationojectivesofthemathematicalodels， includingsinglejectieveicleoutingproblemsithteectieofminimizingthetotaldstributiocostandultijetie vehicleroutig problems thatconsiderseveralofthesesimultaneously，includingcost，customersatisfaction，cabonemisionsand travel time.
