“新课标”专项运动技能的分类辨析与完善策略

Abstract:The "New Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education (2022)" (hereinafter referred to as the 2022 Physical Education New Curriculum Standards) introduces the new concepts of “basic sports skills”and “specialized sports skills".In the processof understanding and implementing the New Curriculum Standards,the specializedsports skills, especially the clasification methods of the "six major categories of specialized sports skills"—inevitably become focal points and research topics in both theoretical and practical domains.To date,numerous studiesandschemes exist both domesticallyandintermationallyregarding the clasification of physical education teaching content,including comprehensive cross-clasifications, physical fitness classifications,basic physical activityabilityclasifications,teaching objectiveclassifications,and sportsevent classifications.The six major categories of sports event clasification method proposed inthe New Curriculum Standards originated from the "Guidelines for Physical Education Curriculum Instruction in General Higher Education Institutions (2O04)"and graduallysolidifying in subsequent curriculum teaching documents.However, the six major categories of sports event classification method presents certain issues both in terms of clasification theory and its guidance for physical education teaching practice. Aiming to assist beter implementing the New Curriculum Standards,utilizing the methodsof literaturereviewand logical analysis,this study conductsa theoretical examinationof existing domestic and international physical education teaching content clasification methods,and analyzes the limitations of the six major categories of sports event clasification method and then proposes strategies for its refinement.

2022年版《义务教育体育与健康课程标准》(以下简称“新课标”)首次提出了“基本运动技能”和“专项运动技能”的新概念,并将“专项运动技能”分为“田径类、体操类、球类、中华传统体育类、水上或冰雪类、新兴体育类”六大类(以下简称“专项运动技能六大运动分类”),并在此分类方法的基础上,对体育课程和教材进行了4个方面的重要指导:(1)阐述了专项运动技能的学业质量内涵;(②)在六大类运动中各选择3个运动项目进行了学业质量描述;(3)对各个水平和年级中必选哪几类运动及其数量进行规定;(4)对编写专项运动技能教学教师指导用书(包括编写的内容和册数)进行了要求。(剩余9459字)
