山东在平圆铃大枣加工技术

摘要：在平圆铃大枣因其形似圆铃而得名。2004年，在平区被命名为“中国圆铃枣之乡”。2006年，在平圆铃大枣被授予中国国家地理标志产品。总结了现有的圆铃大枣加工技术及要点，并指导圆铃大枣加工企业生产，为在平区发展圆铃大枣经济提供了策略。

Abstract：Chiping Yuanling jujubeis named for its shape likearoundbell.In 2O04，Chiping was named“China’s Town of Yuanling jujube".In 2Oo6，Chiping Yuanling jujubewas awarded China National Geographic Idicationproduct.Bysummarizing theexisting procesing technologyand keypointsoftheYuanling jujube，guiding theproductionof theYUanling jujube processing enterprises，and providing strategies for the developmentof theYuanling jujube economy in Chiping district.
