Abstract：【Objective】Quality indicators suchassugar acid content，firmness， vitamin C bagged nonbaggedapplesare measuredat diferentharvesttimes toexploretheimpactharvest periodontheirqualitytoprovidea theoreticalbasisforselectingtheappropriateharvesttimeforapplesbyexamininghowdiferentharvestperiodsafectthequality bagged non-bagged apples.【Methods】Taking RedFujiapple astheresearch object，two groups bagged apples unbagged appes were setup.Acording tothelocal apple maturity climateconditions，the fruits wereharvested every 4daysfromSeptember28toNovember15，2O24.ThechangesvitaminCcontent，totalacid，totalsugar，hardness，soluble solidsmassfractionsinglefruit weightwere measured，thechangesqualityindexesbaggedunbaggedRedFuji applesin diffrent picking periods werecompared analyzed.【Results】The results showed thatthe hardness bagged apples decreased to 7.6kg/cm2 in mid-October，the total acid content was 2.6g/kg ，the total sugar content was 10.5mg/hg the soluble solids content was 13.8% ，the vitamin C content was 9.65mg/hg ）， the sugar-acid ratio was 41.6. In early November，the hardness unbagged fruit decreased to 7.6kg/cm2 ， the total acid content was 2.0（g/kg） ，the total sugar content was 12.0mg/hg ，the soluble solids content was 15.4% ， the vitamin C content was 10.0mg/hg ， the sugar-acid ratio was 59.7.The maximum diference vitamin Ccontent between baggedapples unbagged applesin thesame harvest period was 0.6mg/hg ，the difference total sugar content was 0.76mg/hg ，the difference soluble solids content was

1.2% ，the difference hardness was 1.42kg/cm2 ， the difference sugar-acid ratio was 3.4. Different harvest periods havea significanteffectonthe quality apples.Timely harvestcan improve thetaste，nutritionalvalue storage period apples.【Conclusion】In area，theredFujiapple bagged treatment combined with the climate change theyear was pickedinthe middlelateOctober，thefruittastequalitywasbetter the storage period waslonger.Non-bagged fruits picked in early November will have better taste quality storage period.
