Abstract:【Objective】 Study onthe dietary risk of diferent plant growth retardants on‘Korla Fragrant Pear’fruits and assessmentoftheirsinglefactorpolutionrisk index,aiming toprovideatheoreticalbasis forthescientificapplicationofplant growth retardants in fragrant pears.【Methods】Theresiduesoffour plant growth retardants(paclobutrazol,uniconazole, chlormequat chloride,mepiquat chloride)were determined using liquid chromatography-masspectrometry.【Results】Under the maximum treatmentlevelofeach reagentconcentration gradient,theresiduesof paclobutrazol,uniconazole,chlormequat chloride and mepiquat chloride were O. 209mg⋅kg-1 ,0. 002mg⋅kg-1 ,0 .237mg⋅kg-1 and 0. 122mg⋅kg-1 ,respectively. The four plant growth retardants did not exceed the maximum residue limits (paclobutrazol 0.5mg⋅kg-1 ,uniconazole 0. 3 mg⋅kg-1 )specified in China’s GB2763-2021 ‘Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food'.【Conclusion】 Through the analysis of singlefactorenvironmentalpolltionindexand dietaryrisassessment,thefruit pollutionindexofpaclobutrazoland uniconazole waslwerthanthethresholdandthedietaryriskwasatanacceptablelevel.Theresultsprovidedscientificbasis for the rational use of plant growth retardants in the safe production of‘Korla Fragrant Pear'.
