Abstract:【Objective】Brown spot disease is the main disease restricting the development of sweet cherry industry.The purposeofthis studywastoscrenresistant cultivarsandevaluatetheeffectofchemicalcontrol,soas toprovide theoretical basis forproduction practice.【Methods】Using14fruiting treecultivarsand12non-fruitingtreecultivarsas materials,theresistance difference was statistically analyzed by field lesion investigation. Tebuconazole + mancozeb + beta-cypermethrin was usedfor pesticidecontroltest,andthenumberofleaflesions beforeandafteraplication wasanalyzed.【Results】Theresults showed that the fivevarieties of Hungarian A,Hungarian B,Yanyang,Huangmi andSamito were highly resistant (the number of lesions was less than 3/leaf ),and Wanhongzhu was highly susceptible (the number of lesions was 57/leaf). The resistanceofhoneydewandvaleri were thestrongestintheunfruitfultrees.Chemicalcontrolshowedthattheeliminationrateof le sions in Qinying No. 3(mature)and Tamara(juvenile)was 100% ,but the phenomenon of‘negative efficacy’appeared in Xiongyin B(the lesion increased by 364.3% .【Conclusion】 There were differences in resistance among the tested cultivars, andthecemicalcontroleffectwasaffectedbythecharacteristicsofthecultivars.Thebredingofdisease-resistantcultivars and the precise medication strategy should be combined in production.
