Abstract:【Objective】Theaimof investigatingandresearching thegeneticdiversityof phenotypiccharacteristicsof apricotlandrace resources in Yanggao County,ShanxiProvince aimsto provide relevantdataand theoretical basis for strengthening the protectionand reuse of local apricot germplasm resources.【Methods】9 apricot landraces from Yanggao County,Shanxi Province wereusedas experimental materials,and thegenetic diversity,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal componentanalysis(PCA)of15 quantitativecharacteristics and12qualitativecharacteristics were performed.【Results】The coefficient of variation of 15 quantitative traits was 3.63%~45.40% ,and the genetic diversity index of 12 qualitative traits ranged from O.35to1.06.There were significant or extremelysignificantcorelationsamongsomephenotypictraits.Acordingtotheprincipalcomponentanalysisof15quantitativetraits,thecumulativecontributionrateof4principalcomponets was 90.818% . PCA was performed on 12 qualitative characteristics,with the first four principal components explain 83.177% of thetotal variance.According tothesystematicclusteringof15quantitativecharacteristics,threetaxawereobtained.GroupI was an ovaland medium-fruited cultivar.Group II was asmal-fruited variety.Group I was a roundandlarge-fruited variety. According to the12 qualitativecharacteristics.Theywere divided into three groups.GroupIwas anorange pulpstrong aroma type.Group Ilisayellowfleshsweettype.Group IIisa whiteflesh specific type.【Conclusion】Thevariationof phenotypic characteristicsin YanggaoCounty,Shanxi Province,was revealed,and the basic dataof apricot tree resources in China were enriched.

山西省阳高县地处山西北部,三面环山,山区、丘陵约占全县总面积的 64% ,属典型的大陆季风气候,冷热季分明、昼夜温差大,年平均气温6.8∘C ,年平均降水量为 411.3mm ,光照充足,年平均日照时数可达 2691.4h ,平均无霜期135d ,这种独特的气候条件与黄土母质形成的疏松土壤共同构成了杏树生长的理想环境[1],使其成为山西省最重要的杏传统产地之一。(剩余8073字)
