Abstract：As animportant deciduous fruit treein Henan，Hebei，Shandong，Shanxi and other places，‘Niuxin Persimmon'is alsoavaluable nativetre species.Itis widelyfavoredbyfruit growers becauseofits beautiful treeshape，densecanopy，strongtreevigor，wideadaptabilitydroughtresistanceandcoldresistance.However，duetoitstannincontent，thesur vival rateofseedlings during grafting breding islow，whichlimits the breding productionand promotionofthis variety.In orderto solve this problem，from 202lto 2024，aprofesionaltechnical team was organized tocarryoutfieldsowing and bredingexperiments，andtoexploreasetof technicalmethods thatcansignificantlyimprovethesurvivalrateof graftedsedlings.In this paper，these techniques were summarizedandanalyzed in order to provide scientificbasis and technical support for the eficient breeding of‘Niuxin Persimmon’seedlings.
