Abstract：Young apple orchards can be intercropped with low-stature，shalow-rooted crops such as pepper，which shares no common pestsordiseases withappe tres.Pepperoffers highyield，strong marketdemand，relativelysimple management， laborsavings，and ideal economic returns.Based on the principles of intercropping pepper in young apleorchards，ffcient productiontechniquesaredetailed，includingsoilfertlization，ridge planting，cultivar selection，plantingdensity，andpost planting management.Thesepractices aredesigned toimprove soilutilizationand management eficiency，accelerate soil maturation，icreaseearlystage orchard income，supportlong-term orchardinvestmentthrough short-term gains，and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the apple industry.

苹果是静宁县主要种植物，全县种植面积达6.67万 hm2 （100万亩），随着种植期的延长，苹果树陆续开始进入衰老期，近年来静宁财政列项，对老化果园进行更新，每年采用挖老栽新的方法更新果树面积 3 333.3hm2 （5万亩）左右。（剩余3532字）
