Abstract:【Objective】TheefectsofPBOand triazole pesticides on the growthofbranches,leaves,andfruitsof the‘Sucui 1 ’ pear cultivar were investigated,with the aim of providing a referencefor theapplicationof plant growth regulators and triazole pesticidesinpear production.【Methods】Usingfive-yearold‘Sucui1’peartrees as experimentalmaterials,different concentrationsofPBO,triazolepesticides,and their mixtures were sprayed during thebelflowerstage.Thefruitsetrateand calyx sheding conditionof the peartres were investigated,and measurements were taken of thefruit’ssingle-fruit mass, fruit shape index,solublesolidscontent,andnewshoot growth.These methods wereused to explore theefectsonthegrowth of branches,leaves,and fruitsof the‘Sucui1’pear cultivar.【Results】The results showed that after spraying PBO,the calyx shedding rate,fruit set rate,and average single fruit massof pears gradually decreased withthe increase in PBOconcentration.When1OoOtimesdilutionofPBOwassprayed,therewas nosignificantdiferenceinthelengthofnewshots,leafarea, andchlorophyll SPDvaluecompared tothecontrol(CK).When 2Oo times dilutionof PBO wassprayed,theaverage single fruit mass showed no significant diferencecompared toCK.Diferentconcentrations ofPBOcaused varyingdegreesof phyto toxicity to pear petals. Among the triazole pesticides, spraying 1 OOO times dilution of 25% tebuconazole wettable powder and 8 000 times dilution of 40% flusilazole emulsifiable concentrate resulted in significantly higher fruit set rateand fruit shape index compared to treatments with 2 ooo times dilution of 250g/L propiconazole emulsifiable concentrate and 2 ooo times dilution of 5% epoxiconazole suspension. The calyx shedding rate and fruit set rate were the opposite. However,there was no significantdiference innewshoot growthand leaf areacompared toCK.【Conclusion】TherationalapplicationofPBOand triazole pesticides can ensure the safe growth of trees while correcting the shape of the fruit of‘Sucui pears. Spraying the combination solutions of S3 and S4 treatments resulted in a fruit set rate of over 15% ,a calyx shedding rate of over 96% ,afruit shape indexof O.91,andnosignificant diffrence inaveragesinglefruit masscompared tothecontrol(CK).Thisnotonlyensures yield but also significantly improves the appearance and marketability of the fruit.
