摘 要:食品专业实验室的安全与管理是保证食品专业教学、科研活动顺利进行的基础,同时也是确保人员安全、实验数据准确性和资源有效利用的关键。随着科技的发展,相关部门对食品专业实验室安全及相应安全管理提出了新的要求,需要建立完善的食品专业实验室安全管理体系,保障实验室的安全。

Abstract: The safety and management of food professional laboratories is the basis for ensuring the smooth progress of food professional teaching and scientific research activities, and it is also the key to ensuring the safety of personnel, the accuracy of experimental data and the effective use of resources. With the development of science and technology, relevant departments have put forward new requirements for the safety of food professional laboratories and corresponding safety management, and it is necessary to establish a sound food professional laboratory safety management system to ensure the safety of laboratories.
