中央厨房的产业现状及对策分析

摘 要:中央厨房是现代餐饮行业标准化、规模化的运行方式,在大型餐饮企业规范化经营中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了中央厨房的产业发展现状、优势及存在的问题,并对未来中央厨房的发展趋势进行了展望,提出了相应的对策和建议。

Abstract: The central kitchen is a standardized and large-scale operation mode in the modern catering industry and plays a vital role in the standardized operation of large-scale catering enterprises. This paper summarizes the industrial development status, advantages, and existing problems of the central kitchens, looks forward to the development trend of central kitchens in the future, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
