粮食贸易新格局下粮食安全风险及防范研究

摘 要：现阶段，粮食市场风险及不稳定性明显提升，不仅会影响粮食安全以及国际贸易环境，也会对国内粮食供应平衡及相应保障体系产生巨大的冲击。本文首先对粮食贸易与粮食安全间关系、国际粮食贸易格局以及存在的粮食安全风险展开简要分析，随后提出相应的防范策略。

Study on Grain Security Risk and Prevention under the New Pattern of Grain Trade

Abstract： At present， the risk and instability of the grain market have increased significantly， which will not only affect the food security and international trade environment， but also have a huge impact on the balance of domestic grain supply and the corresponding security system. This paper first makes a brief analysis of the relationship between food trade and food security， the international food trade pattern and the existing food security risks， and then puts forward the corresponding prevention strategies.
