市场监管背景下食品安全监管行政执法问题研究

摘 要：随着我国经济的不断增长及人们生活水平的日益提升，人们对食品安全的关注度日益增加，本文基于工作实践，简要阐述食品安全监管行政执法现状，围绕行政执法工作中的问题进行分析，并从健全监管机制、加强保障措施、落实责任分配等角度讨论行政执法优化建议，以期为接下来开展的食品药品监察工作奠定基础。

Research on Administrative Law Enforcement of Food Safety Supervision under the Background of Market Supervision

Abstract： With the continuous growth of China’s economy and the increasing improvement of people’s living standards， the public pay more and more attention to food safety. Based on work practice， this paper briefly expounds the current situation of administrative law enforcement of food safety supervision， analyzes the problems in administrative law enforcement， and discusses the optimization suggestions of administrative law enforcement from the perspectives of perfecting supervision mechanism， strengthening safeguard measures and implementing responsibility distribution， in order to lay the foundation for the next food and drug supervision.
