广西百色芒果叶提取物稳定性的研究

摘 要:采用HPLC法和紫外分光光度法,对芒果苷的吸光度和浓度进行测定,系统研究了其对光、热、酸碱的耐受情况。结果发现芒果苷在有光无光、高温变化下的吸光值波动起伏不大,在酸性和强碱性条件下芒果苷含量显著降低,说明芒果苷能耐受光照、高温,但强酸强碱能迅速破坏芒果苷的稳定性。

Abstract: HPLC and UV spectrophotometry were used to determine the absorbance and concentration of mangiferin, and its tolerance to light, heat, and acid-base was systematically studied. The measurement result shows that the absorbance value of mangiferin fluctuates a little under high temperature and light conditions. In contrast, the content of mangiferin significantly decreases under acidic and alkaline solid conditions. The conclusion is that mangiferin can tolerate light and high temperatures, and strong acids and bases can quickly destroy its stability.

百色市位于廣西壮族自治区的西部,气候温暖湿润,冬无严寒,夏无酷暑,年平均气温适宜,具有充足的日照和降水量以及富含矿物质的土壤,为芒果的生长提供了充足的养分和水分,是我国最重要的芒果产地之一。(剩余3690字)
