摘 要：随着生活质量的提升，人们开始关注日常生活中各种食品的安全性问题。现如今，生活条件的改善使食品种类增加，食品安全检测可为食品质量提供安全保障。本文综合分析了我国食品安全发展现状，对食品安全检测技术的应用及管理进行了深入的探究。
