农产品农药残留检测技术研究

摘 要:在农业产业化发展的进程中农药被大量使用。农产品中农药使用不合理易导致农药残留超标,经食物链的累积,最终影响人们的身体健康。因此,有必要对农产品进行农药残留检测,尤其是对初级农产品进行检测,可从源头解决农药残留问题。本文分析了农药残留检测常用的技术手段,以期为相关工作人员提供参考。

Study on Detection Technology of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products

Abstract: In the process of agricultural industrialization, pesticides are widely used. Unreasonable use of pesticides in agricultural products is easy to lead to excessive pesticide residues, which will eventually affect people’s health through the accumulation of food chain. Therefore, it is necessary to detect pesticide residues in agricultural products, especially in primary agricultural products, which can solve the problem of pesticide residues from the source. This paper analyzes the common technical means of pesticide residue detection, so as to provide reference for relevant staff.

我国农业生产历史悠久,随着农业产业化的发展,农药在农业生产中被大量使用,大多数农药在土壤、水体等环境中不易降解,残留时间长,造成农产品在种植过程中,即使不喷洒农药,也会通过外界环境造成农药残留积累,出现农药残留超标现象[1]。(剩余4148字)
