食品安全风险监测预警系统构建研究

摘 要:本文在食品安全风险监测的基础上加大了对相关信息技术的研究力度,分析了当前食品安全风险监测预警工作体系存在的不足,并依托地方工作现状与数据分析,为优化食品安全风险检测工作提供了全新的发展思路。

Abstract: On the basis of food safety risk monitoring, this paper strengthens the research on relevant information technology, analyzes the shortcomings of the current food safety risk monitoring and early warning system, and provides a new development idea for optimizing food safety risk detection based on local work status and data analysis.
