新时代大学生食品安全教育认识与意识培养重要性

摘 要：随着经济的迅速发展，人们的生活水平提高，食物种类也变得越来越丰富。但食品安全问题频发，影响着人们的身体健康。我国大学生群体对食品安全问题的意识比较淡薄，因而高校应该加大对大学生的食品安全意识教育，培养其风险意识，保障大学生的身体健康发展。

Abstract： With the rapid development of the economy， people’s living standards improve， and the food types have become more and more abundant. But food safety problems occur frequently， affecting people’s health. Chinese college students have a weak awareness of food safety， so colleges and universities should increase their food safety awareness education， cultivate their risk awareness， and ensure the healthy development of college students.
