汽车前门饰板总成散发性管控实践

摘 要：本文从材料、关键工艺、环境、其他、成品检测等环节开展汽车前门饰板总成散发性管控实践活动，为汽车主机厂和零部件及材料供应商联合行动来管控汽车内饰零部件散发性提供一个有效的范例，从而对整车的内饰零部件散发性管控探寻出一种可复制可推广到各车型使用的工作模式，以便提升汽车整车的散发性。

Abstract：This paper carries out practical activities of sporadic control of automotive door panel assembly from the aspects of materials， key process， environment， others and finished product testing， providing an effective example for the joint action of auto oems， auto parts and material suppliers to control the sporadic control of automotive interior parts.Thus， a working mode that can be copied and extended to various models is explored for the sporadic control of interior parts of the whole vehicle， so as to improve the emission control of the whole vehicle.
