1+X证书制度下中职机械加工技术专业人才培养模式的探究

摘 要：为了1+X证书制度实施走的稳、行的远，学校根据自身特点，遴选与中职机械加工技术专业相适应的职业等级证书，重新修订人才培养方案，重构课程体系，重组课程内容，融入课程思政内容，建立校企互通互认的评价体系，推动人才培养高质量发展。

Abstract：In order to implement the 1+X certificate system steadily and deeply， the school selects vocational grade certificates suitable for the mechanical processing technology major of secondary vocational schools according to its own characteristics， revises the talent training plan， reconstructs the curriculum system， and reorganizes the curriculum content， integrating with the ideological and political content of the curriculum， so as to establish an evaluation system for mutual recognition between schools and enterprises， and promote the high-quality development of talent training.
