浅谈一种主减速器壳体的加工工艺

摘 要:柔性加工、工序集中是加工工艺的趋势。本文通过分析比较传统的主减速器壳体的加工工艺和基于卧式加工中心的主减速器壳体的加工工艺,可以看出基于卧式加工中心的主减速器壳体的柔性加工工艺可以减少设备数量,节省场地,减少操作人员数量。

Abstract:Flexible processing and process concentration are the trends of processing technology. In this paper, by analyzing and comparing the processing technology of the traditional main reducer casing and the processing technology of the main reducer casing based on the horizontal machining center, it can be seen that the flexible processing technology of the main reducer casing based on the horizontal machining center can reduce the number of equipment, saving space and reducing the number of operators.

1 引言
主减速器壳体是驱动桥的重要部件之一,分后桥主减速器壳体和中桥主减速器壳体,是汽车驱动桥总成中用于装配主动齿轮及轴承座总成和被动齿轮及差速器总成的支撑零件,因此主减速器壳体的加工精度直接影响驱动桥总成的装配精度、驱动桥总成的噪声。(剩余2760字)
