基于育人为本的“四化”育人模式的构建与探索

——以汉中职业技术学院技术学院汽车机电学院为例

摘 要:为培养德艺双馨的职业院校技能型技术型人才,汉中职业技术学院汽车与机电工程学院在多年的学生管理工作中提出以“德技并修,四化并举,铸匠英才”为主题的积极德育模式,以学校推动,二级学院贯彻,班级具体实施为实践体系,进一步丰富学校德育实践活动,并取得了良好的育人效果。

Abstract:In order to cultivate skilled and technical talents in vocational colleges with both moral and technical skills, Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College School of Automotive and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering has put forward the idea of "combining moral and technical skills, emphasizing four modernizations, and casting talents" in the student management work for many years. The positive moral education model with the theme of the school, is promoted by schools, implemented by secondary colleges, and implemented in classes as the practice system, which further enriches the school's moral education practice activities, and has achieved good educating results.
