基于回归模型的汽车门内饰扶手舒适度评价研究

摘 要:本文建立含有4个评价指标的扶手舒适度评价体系,通过线性回归模型推导出扶手按压触感指标为其线性相关的关键指标;进一步通过二次回归及线性回归模型分析扶手按压受力形变曲线与扶手按压触感之间的关系,得出其相互关系并联系实际进行解析,对汽车企业优化门扶手的技术开发设计有实际参考意义。

Abstract:This paper establishes an evaluation system of armrest comfort with four evaluation indexes, and deduces that the armrest pressing tactile index is the key index of linear correlation through the linear regression model. Further, through the quadratic regression and linear regression model, this paper analyzes the relationship between the handrail pressing force deformation curve and the handrail pressing touch, obtains the relationship and analyzes it in combination with practice, which has practical reference significance for automobile enterprises to optimize the technical development and design of door handrail.
