摘 要：本文阐述了PE的基本概念，以一个全流程开发的产品为例说明了PE开发的基本流程;阐述了性能目标的几个层级以及设定的方法;分析了影响经济性的各类因素，并挑选了几个重要点，阐述了经济性提升优化的基本方法。
