液压千斤顶示值误差及内插误差测量结果的不确定度评定

【摘要】根据JJG 621—2012《液压千斤顶》检定规程中示值误差、内插误差的要求，建立相关数学模型，分析、评定影响示值误差、内插误差测量结果的各个因素，利用简洁、高效的方法，全面分析液压千斤顶不确定度评定的过程，最后得到液压千斤顶示值误差、内插误差的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement Results of Indication Error and Interpolation Error of Hydraulic Jacks

Abstract： According to the requirements of indication error and interpolation error in the verification regulation of JJG 621—2012 Hydraulic Jacks， the relevant mathematical model is established， by analyzing and evaluating the factors that affect the measurement results of indication error and interpolation error， the process of uncertainty evaluation of hydraulic jack is comprehensively analyzed by using a concise and efficient method， finally， the combined standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of indication error and interpolation error of hydraulic jacks are obtained.
