Analysis of Key Factors in Contract Review in Risk Management of Inspection and Testing Institutions

Abstract: This article analyzes the key points of contract review, including the clarity of contract terms, clarification of rights and responsibilities, clauses for handling changes, and default and dispute resolution mechanisms. In risk management, contract review first helps identify potential risk points, and then estimates the size and possible impact of risks through risk assessment and quantification. Finally, based on the results of contract review, risk response strategies are formulated to ensure that institutions can effectively manage risks and safeguard their reputation and interests.
