【摘要】标准在经济社会发展中起到基础性、引领性、战略性作用，对地方经济发展、产业结构调整起到强有力的支撑和保障作用。本文梳理了企业标准化管理工作中亟待解决的问题，并结合实际工作，提出了建议和对策，希望能对企业标准化管理工作提供一定的参考。

Talking About Enterprise Standardization Work From a Management Perspective

Abstract： Standards play a fundamental， leading， and strategic role in economic and social development， providing strong support and guarantee for local economic development and industrial structure adjustment. This article outlines the urgent problems that need to be solved in enterprise standardization management work， and proposes suggestions and countermeasures based on actual work， hoping to provide some reference for enterprise standardization management work.
