探析曳引驱动电梯顶部空间的检验方法及与对重越程距离的关联性

【摘要】本文提出了新装曳引驱动电梯轿厢顶部空间的检验方法及与对重越程距离的关联性,对轿厢顶部空间和对重越程距离进行符合性判定。并通过检验实例,测量轿厢在顶层平层时的相关数据和对重的越程距离,通过该方法计算得出该电梯顶层空间不满足相关现行安全技术规范要求的结论,并提出整改措施。

Exploring the Inspection Method for the Top Space of Traction Driven Elevators and its Correlation with the Distance of Counterweight Overtravel

Abstract: This article proposes a testing method for the top space of a newly installed traction drive elevator car and its correlation with the distance of the counterweight over travel, in order to determine the conformity between the top space of the car and the distance of the counterweight over travel. And through verification examples, measure the relevant data of the elevator car on the top level and the over distance of the counterweight. Through this method, calculating the conclusion that the top space of the elevator does not meet the relevant current safety technical specifications, and propose rectification measures.
