【摘要】本文通过阐述硬度试验的作用,结合硬度试验与抗拉强度试验的对比分析,介绍了硬度试验在地铁建设领域中盾构隧道管片螺栓质量检测方面的应用研究。在建设工程实际应用中,硬度试验可以很好地保障盾构管片螺栓质量检测的真实性和有效性。

Application Research of Hardness Test in Quality Inspection of Shield Tunnel Segment Bolts

Abstract: This article elaborates on the role of hardness testing, and combines the comparative analysis of hardness testing and tensile strength testing to introduce the application research of hardness testing in the quality inspection of shield tunnel segment bolts in the field of subway construction. In the practical application of construction projects, hardness testing can effectively ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the quality inspection of shield tunnel segment bolts.
