长度计量器具使用中的温度控制问题研究

【摘要】在长度测量过程中,待测物品会受到温度的影响呈现出热胀冷缩的现象,这不仅会导致测量失准,还会影响测量对象的形状。基于此,本文分析温度与长度计量器具之间的关系与影响,并且在此基础上制定温度控制策略,保证长度测量的精准度。

Reflection on Temperature Control in the Use of Length Measuring Instruments

Abstract:During the length measurement process, the item to be measured will be affected by temperature and exhibit thermal expansion and contraction. This not only leads to measurement inaccuracy, but also affects the shape of the measurement object. Based on this, this article analyzes the relationship and impact between temperature and length measuring instruments, and develops temperature control strategies based on this to ensure the accuracy of length measurement.
