【摘要】引流砂作为一种在连铸技术炼钢工艺过程中不可或缺的材料，其烧结度的影响因素有很多，如烧结温度、保温时间、烧结厚度等。本文通过大量试验来论证一种量化检验引流砂烧结度的试验方法。

Abstract： Drainage sand is an indispensable material in the process of continuous casting technology for steel making. There are many factors that affect its sintering degree， such as sintering temperature， holding time， and sintering thickness. This article demonstrates a quantitative test method for inspecting the sintering degree of drainage sand through a large number of group experiments.
