大口径热量表检定装置常见故障及解决对策

【摘要】大口径热量表检定装置是对热量表进行量值传递的一种标准装置，由热水流量标准装置、配对温度传感器检定装置、密封性实验设备、压力测量组件等组成。本文介绍了大口径热量表检定装置在运行过程中组成设备出现的问题，重点分析了电子天平、标准表、气动阀门、夹表器等设备发生故障的原因并提出相应的解决对策。

The Common Troubles of Large-caliber Heat Meter Verification Device and the Countermeasures

Abstract： The calibrating device of large-caliber heat meter is a standard device for the value transfer of heat meter， the utility model is composed of a hot water flow standard device， a paired temperature sensor verification device， a sealing experimental device， a pressure measuring component， etc. This article introduces the problems occurred during the operation of the large-caliber heat meter verification device， focusing on analyzing the causes of malfunctions in electronic scales， standard meters， pneumatic valves， meter clamps， and other equipment， and proposes corresponding solutions.
