变弯度叶栅性能及流场研究

【摘要】变弯度叶片是由两段或者三段构成,前缘部分固定不动,后半部分可以调节。本文对变弯度叶栅不同弯度时的流场及气动性能参数进行数值计算分析。结果表明,随着弯度位置从前缘向后缘移动,气流转折角逐渐变小,对出口气流的调节能力越强。变弯度叶片的应用既防止了喘振又保证了压气机的效率。

Numerical Investigation on the Influence of Variable-Camber Cascades on Compressor Performance and Flow Field

Abstract: The variable-camber blade is composed of two or three sections, with the leading edge fixed and the rear half adjustable. This article conducts numerical calculation and analysis on the flow field and aerodynamic performance parameters of variable-camber cascades with different curvature. The results show that as the curvature position moves from the leading edge to the trailing edge, the airflow turning angle gradually decreases, and the ability to regulate the outlet airflow becomes stronger. The application of variablecamber blades not only prevents surging but also ensures the efficiency of the compressor.
