【摘要】本文结合辽宁省基础地理实体生产试点，以沈阳市及周边县区作为基础地理实体数据试生产区域，探索了1∶10000基础地理信息数据制作基础地理实体数据的技术流程和内容，总结了数据生产过程中的心得体会，为基础地理实体数据大规模生产提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract：Based on the pilot project of fundamental geo-entity entity production in Liaoning province， this paper takes Shenyang and its surrounding counties as the trial production area of fundamental geo-entity data， probes into the technical process and content of 1： 10000 basic geographic information data making fundamental geo-entity data， introduces the understanding and experience in the process of data production， and provides reference for the large-scale production of fundamental geo-entity data.
