学术期刊编委会现存问题及对策建议

【摘要】本文针对学术期刊编委会实际发挥作用有限的问题，分析了编委会运行现状，编委会各项规章制度落实难、编委工作积极性普遍不高、编委会运行效率低等问题，并从完善规章制度、优化编委会结构、创新编委会运行方式、提升服务质量和情感关注等方面提出了对策措施，以期为加强编委会指导办刊的功能提出有益建议。

Problems and Improvement Suggestions of Editorial Board in Academic Journals

Abstract： This article analyzes the current situation of the editorial board of academic journals， which has limited practical effectiveness. It discusses the difficulties in implementing various rules and regulations of the editorial board， the generally low enthusiasm of the editorial board， and the low efficiency of the editorial board’s operation. It also proposes countermeasures from improving rules and regulations， optimizing the structure of the editorial board， innovating the operational mode of the editorial board， improving service quality， and emotional attention， in order to provide useful suggestions for strengthening the guidance function of the editorial board in running journals.
