热水热量计量仪表的环境试验装置研究

【摘要】本文介绍了一种用于热水流量表、热量表等流量仪表的环境试验装置。该装置采用分体结构设计,各个组件互不影响,能同时测量不同环境温度和湿度下的热量示值误差、温度示值误差及流量示值误差。在满足试验要求的前提下,最大限度地降低了装置整体的体积和制造成本,对现有其他配套试验装置影响较小。

Study on the Environmental Test Equipment for Hot Water Heat Metering Instruments

Abstract: This article introduces an environmental test equipment for designing flow meters such as hot water flow meters and heat meters. The device adopts a split structure design, where each component does not affect each other, and can simultaneously measure the errors in heat, temperature, and flow under different environmental temperatures and humidity. On the premise of meeting the test requirements, it minimizes the overall volume and manufacturing cost of the device, with little impact on other existing supporting test devices.

环境影响试验要求在不同环境温度及湿度下对热量表的计量准确度进行测量,而试验所用的环境试验装置通常为非标设备,需要根据各个实验室的实际需求情况进行定制。(剩余3602字)
