标准质量评价要素研究

【摘要】标准质量水平在提升标准实施效益，推动标准化高质量发展方面发挥了重要作用。本文结合当前的研究和实践，分析影响标准质量水平的主要因素，并提出标准质量评价要素研究的改进建议。

Abstract： Standard quality plays an important role in improving standard implementation efficiency as well as promoting the high quality of standardization development. In combination with current research and practices， this article analyzes the main factors affecting standard quality and proposes suggestions for improving the study of standard quality evaluation elements.
